...I was just trying to help...I’ve encountered a handicap who demanded I not help them. Nothing against her, but she became incredible frustrated when I was going to help her pick up some stuff she dropped.
I was just trying to help…
I apologized and told her I would have done it for anyone. (It’s true.) She got even madder asking where I learned that kind of behavior. I told her my dad raised me that way.
If anyone needed a hand, even a stranger in when we were shopping, he would help. He would help people carry something if it looked too heavy for one person to carry or hold the elevator door open if he saw you coming or reach up to a high shelf if they couldn’t themselves.
I don’t really know what to feel right now…
